This week I did a bit of water colouring using the Harvest Meadow from the July- December Mini Catalogue. I love doing water colouring as I find it very relaxing.
I used a lot of colours in flowers & Stems to achieve depth in colour and texture.
I am sorry that in my video where I was putting the card together the camera was slipping in the holder so some of it is off screen but I think you can still get the idea of what I was doing…that’s a live for you anything can happen.

Friday’s Facebook live I delved into my stamps and pulled out an old favorite Forever Blossoms and Cherry Blossoms Dies. We tend to play with them when we first get them but then something new comes along and they get forgotten.
Looking at the Cherry Blossoms Dies I relised that I had never used all the blossom dies. I had fun cutting and colouring each of the blossoms, petal edges brushed with Blushing Bride and a touch of green from the Soft Pastels in the flower centers. The stamens cut from Mango Melody and sponged with Cajun Craze.

This months hop is all about Colour with a Colour Challenge: Pear Pizzazz – Daffodil Delight – Polished Pink
Today I have used the Delicate Dahlias from the 2021 Sale-A-bration, along with the Plenty of Patterns Decorative Masks from the Annual Catalogue.
You can earn the Delicate Dahlias stamps when you spend $180 from the Annual or mini Catalogues.
The ombre back ground was created by using the Blending brushes to blend the daffodil delight Ink from the bottom to the top. Working the colour darker to lighter.
The Dahlias and leaves were stamped onto Basic White Cardstock , then fussy cut. I stamped the dahlias twice with both the outline stamp and the Distinktive stamp using the Polished Pink Ink Pad. One dahlia was cut around the outer edge, the other was cut further in to form two layers. The petals were slightly shaped before layering together using dimensionals.
The leaves were stamped using the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad, fussy cut and tucked under the dahlia.
The sentiment is from the Lovely You Stamps, stamped onto basic Black cardstock and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
