Global Design Project #057 | Colour Challenge

Here are the colours we are playing along with this week – such gorgeous colours!

“Spring is in the air” and you can really tell when you drive around the Southern Highlands.

The colours in this weeks challenge are reminiscent of these Spring Time Blooms.

Using a simple water colour technique, I stamped tree image’s from the Totally Trees

Stamp Set onto water colour paper. Then with an Aqua Painter going over the image with water.

The tree trunks and the sentiment from Laying Love has been stamped in Basic Gray Ink.

The edges on the paper was sponged with Rich Razzelberry Ink.

“Enjoy the Little Things” such as spring and new growth.

  1. Hi Michele – do we really live this close to each other? I was in Robertson the other day – on the way to Bowral and those blossom trees were amazing! (I’m in Kiama now. )
Anyways, moving on – I am loving Spring too – and your card! Love that you used the trees as your inspiration. Thanks so much for playing along to the Global Design Project this week. xo
