Today I spent some creative time making alternative card designs using the April Lakeside Retreat Paper Pumpkin kit 💙

I love taking what’s in the box and stretching it even further—mixing elements, changing layouts, and creating something a little different each time.

Fun Fold Card 1

At first glance, you see the feature image on the front—but the clever part is in the design. Open the card, and that same image is revealed inside, creating a fun and interactive surprise!

The die-cut piece is attached to a hinge on the inside, allowing it to move with the card—such a fun interactive element that gives your design that extra “wow” factor ✨

Please note: All card measurements have been adjusted to fit the envelopes included in the Paper Pumpkin Kit. Only the length has been modified—the width remains unchanged to what is my standard width.

Fun Fold Card 2

This is probably one of my favourite fun folds… and the best part? It’s so simple to create!

Now, I’ll be completely honest—I had a little “boo boo” during my live when I stamped the inside of this card 🙈 You’ll definitely spot that in the video!

Before you start, please note that I’ve adjusted the card measurements to suit the envelopes in the Paper Pumpkin Kit—only the length has been changed, the width remains as is.
