Today in my Facebook Live I used the Amazing Silhouettes Stamp set from the Jan- Jun 2022 Stampin’ Up!® Mini Catalogue to create these 3 x 3″ cards plus a Standard Card.
These Thank You Cards would be great for a baby Shower when not knowing if the baby was a boy or girl.
I used the ‘ Baby Wipe Technique’ to stamp the images, giving a very soft and subtle look.
What is the Baby Wipe Technique
For this technique you require approx 3 Baby Wipes & some Re-Inkers, use only 3-4 colours. Too many colours and you will end up with a muddy colour.

This month our theme is Gift Packaging.
There is a story behind my project today and I would love to share that with you.
As a child in the 1970’s in the small country town where we lived we still had the Baker, Fruit and Veg Man and Milk Man that would deliver to us each week. Come Christmas my mother would go and buy a bottle of Beer for each one as a thank you for the service they provided. She would wrap the bottle in red crepe paper and a strip of back cardboard around the middle and the a Santa head cut from Christmas wrapping…It wasn’t always easy to find the wrapping with the right size head to fit the bottle, so it was very special when it was found and kept for the following year.
A few times I have done this also, so this year it was time to repeat this tradition. So here is my take on the Special Christmas Gift that my mother made.
Here I have used Red Velvet Paper & Real Red Cardstock to make a box to hold the bottle of wine. He has his belt and shinny buckle made from Basic Black cardstock and Gold Metallic Specialty Paper.
Below I have added a video showing how I created this box to fit the bottle. By taking a few simple measurements you can customise this box to fit any size bottle. CLICK the image below to view the video

Our theme for this month is any Christmas Bundle.
This card uses the dies from the Stampin’ Up! ® Frosted Gingerbread Bundle. I wanted to show how you can use a part of the bundle to create something very different from what the bundle was intended for. With the Frosted Gingerbread Bundle you can create Gingerbread cookies and Christmas Peppermints to decorate your projects.
For my card I have used the snowflake cookie shape dies which come in 2 parts, one to cut the shape of the cookie and the other die to cut the decorative top for the cookie shape.
I only used the decorative die from the snow flake to make the snowflakes for my card. Placing Adhesive sheets into the back of the Basic White cardstock and then die cutting allowed me to easily adhere the snowflakes onto the basic white cardstock card front.
After covering the card front with snowflakes I went over the card front with Balmy Blue Stampin’ Pad and Blending Brush creating an ombra effect.
