I created this card using the ‘A Little Bit Festive Specialty Designer Series Paper’ by Stampin’ Up!®. It will be available to order in September from the 2024 Sept-Jan Mini Catalogue.
By using one of the dies from the Elegant Boarders Dies (Online Exclusive) I created a peek through to the card insert Designer Series Paper.
A slight card adjustment – I added some a splatter of Gold Wink of Stella after the Live.

This is a really great fun fold to use at Christmas, as the Tee Pee or Pyramid Card has the look of a Christmas Tree.
The A Little Bit Festive Specialty Designer Series Paper will be available to order in September when the 2024 Mini Sept – Jan Mini Catalogue is released. This paper pack is made of of 3 double sided Designer Series Papers and 3 sheets of Die Cuts.
Check you DSP is going to look OK at an angel or what ever direction its in.
When making this card you need to make sure the embellishment don’t hang over too much at the sides so as it can fit into the envelope when folded in half.
Decorating – make sure you have the card front (one of 2 sides), triangle with the two points forming the baseline.
Measure up 2cm from where DSP meets in each direction. Cut a line across between the 2cm points.
Tuck point from other side into slit to hold card together. See image below

Back in October 2023 I joined a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators to take part in a ‘Card swap with a Twist – Chain card Swap.
How does this work?
The swap is similar to an old fashioned chain letter or I would say…”Chinese Whispers with Cards’
We were given a list of names – 11 in total (not including myself)
Create a simple card
Send to first person on the list
Wait to receive a card from someone…
‘CASE’ that card and send it to the 2nd person on your list
Repeat until all people on the list has received a card
Now this is the fun part….When you CASE the card you received, it’s your interpretation of the received card. Just like ‘Chinese Whispers’ you may not end up with what you originally designed
Round 3 O Holly Night
I created this card after receiving a card from Nancy.
O Holly Night was a beautiful Suite to use, it came with 2 packs of Designer Series Paper – O Holly Night and Shinning Brightly Specialty Paper.
The focal point of this card is the Nativity Scene. For this I used the Deckled Circle Dies and 2 layers of the O Holly Night Designer Series Paper, with the die cut Nativity scene die cut from Basic Black cardstock.
Were to Start…Start this hop at Sharni so you get the progression
Follow the Hop around and see how these creations changed from start to finish…you might be surprised to see how these cards finished up!

Round 5 Merriest Trees
I am so pleased that Merriest Trees is staying with us, I had so much fun playing with it.
When casing this card I used the elements of the 2 squares and made it 2 tags, I also added an extra layer of Designer Series Paper underneath the top layer. I love the Tailor Made Tags and will be sad to see them go…(I might hand onto them a bit longer)

Our theme this month for the Let’s Craft Together Blog Hop by Ann Alexander is a ‘Theme Challenge – A Bush Christmas’ .
I love this challenge, for the last month it has been bouncing around in my head, working out what I could do. I love Australian Native Flowers and Stampin’ Up! ® Everlasting Beauty Stamp Set was perfect for this challenge using the stunning Waratah to make my focal point.
I also used the Magical Meadow Dies for the other elements with the Waratah. Even though they are not technically Australian fauna I tried to colour them to represent the Australian Bush. The Holly was added, because what is Christmas without a bit of Holly.

The above Conversion from Metric to Imperial is as close to what I used (Metric)…these measurements may change depending on Envelope size. I used a Stampin’ Up! Square Envelope (Discontinued) as my guide and it was 14cm Square. You could only use this size or larger as the Dies control the size.
Dry fit your letters in the order you want before glues, as you saw in my video just changing placement of squares messed up my placement.

Yesterdays ‘Live’ was fun….it’s always fun when you can play with ink and water….Don’t you think?
I have been watching the reels on my Instagram and there has been a few people who have been creating these stunning Christmas baubles using watercolour paint and watercolour paper. As the short reel below.
I have taken this idea and using Stampin’ Up!® Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper and the Inks to create my version of these baubles. I created my circle using a Stampin’ Up!® container and dipping it into watered down ink on a block. What other shapes do you have at home you could use…..How about ‘cookie cutters’…I hope you have fun creating some of these like I did.
There is a YouTube Video below showing how I created my card.

Last night on ‘Live with Michele’ I created this Fun Fold – Faux Step Card, using the ‘O Holy Night Suite’. This suite you will find in the Sept – Dec Mini Catalogue by Stampin’ Up!®.
I saw this card created by Mary Deatherage, Mary used the Trucking Along Bundle to create her fun card. Which you can see HERE. Mary has great diagrams on the scoring lines, other wise you will see on my attached video, below.
O Holy Night is a BIG suite of products, for this card I have only used half of it. For me it really depicts what Christmas is all about with the Nativity scene depicting the birth of Jesus.
The Designer Series Paper, O Holy Night, has 3 sheets of scenes depicting desert, towns and night sky. They are 12 x 12″ (30 x 30cm), great for both cards and scapbooking. The only thing is you need to plan out what sections you want to use on your card and cut wisely. With my card below I used half a sheet, which left me with a few off cuts I will try to use on other projects.

How to…
Cut all cardstock and score
Designer Series Paper – All pieces are cut from a half sheet of DSP 15 x 30cm (6 x 12″), you need to plan out were you will be cutting first. Cut each piece in order as below, see video.
Cut the Card Base Strip DSP first – this is so you can cut in one strip.
Card Front Panel – Decide how much ground to sky you want to use. Cut your depth 10.2cm (4⅛”) and then work out the width for star placement on your card front.
Remaining DSP- cut Card Base and writing panel strip
Stamp sentiment onto Very Vanilla using Night of Navy Ink Pad and die cut using stitched square from Stylish Shapes
Adhere the Card Base DSP strip to the small mountain fold and Card Base DSP to larger mountain fold
Adhere the Card Front DSP to Card Front.
Add glue to the back of the card front…ONLY on the bottom 2cm ( 1″), height of the small mountain.
Fold card and adhere the back section of the Card Front to the back of the Card Base, again only approx 1cm (½”)
Add sentiment to card base.
Attach Nativity Scene with mini dimensionals
Writing panel
Attach DSP strip along the bottom
Adhere the camel, being careful on the amount of glue used.
Attach to the back of the Card Base.
Add Wink of Stella to star.
