In Friday’s ‘Live with Michele’ I created these two cards using the Layers of Beauty Bundle by Stampin’ Up!®. This Bundle includes stamps, dies and masks, which can be coloured in using different methods. Here I am showing two methods and creating 2 different cards.
The first card is using the same layout from last Fridays live card with one small change…the DSP is only 5cm wide instead of 6cm. This was only because I was trying to get more from the 6 x 6″ DSP.
This layout is CASED from Patty Bennett.
Measurements Used…
Card 1
- Stamping
- Stamp image with Early Espresso Stampin’ Pad.
- Flowers Only
- Use a Blender Pen to go over the stamped Rose images spreading the ink to add a shaded effect. Smaller daisy flowers are coloured in by spreading the ink from the stamped images.
- Trim away leaf images as per the video.

- Stamp full image twice if you need the daisies to line up the masks.
- Flowers, Only need to colour large rose and 3 leaves
- Layer 1 and 2 – Bubble Bath Stampin Pad
- Layer 3 – Pretty in Pink Stampin Pad
- Leaves
- Layer 4 – Lemon Lime Twist Stampin Pad
- Layer 5 – Old Olive Stampin Pad
- Die cut with single flower die
