I created this card using the ‘A Little Bit Festive Specialty Designer Series Paper’ by Stampin’ Up!®. It will be available to order in September from the 2024 Sept-Jan Mini Catalogue.
By using one of the dies from the Elegant Boarders Dies (Online Exclusive) I created a peek through to the card insert Designer Series Paper.
A slight card adjustment – I added some a splatter of Gold Wink of Stella after the Live.

This is a really great fun fold to use at Christmas, as the Tee Pee or Pyramid Card has the look of a Christmas Tree.
The A Little Bit Festive Specialty Designer Series Paper will be available to order in September when the 2024 Mini Sept – Jan Mini Catalogue is released. This paper pack is made of of 3 double sided Designer Series Papers and 3 sheets of Die Cuts.
Check you DSP is going to look OK at an angel or what ever direction its in.
When making this card you need to make sure the embellishment don’t hang over too much at the sides so as it can fit into the envelope when folded in half.
Decorating – make sure you have the card front (one of 2 sides), triangle with the two points forming the baseline.
Measure up 2cm from where DSP meets in each direction. Cut a line across between the 2cm points.
Tuck point from other side into slit to hold card together. See image below

Here I have created a scrapbook page using photos from when my sister was visiting from UK.
The Frames and Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up!®. You can find this product on page 29 i the 2024 -25 Annual Catalogue. ( 6 sheets of pattern paper: 1 each of 3 double-sided designs and 1 each of 3 single-sided die cut designs.
I used the Mediterranean Blooms Stamp set to add texture to the Lost Lagoon cardstock.
The use of the die cuts made creating this layout very simple to decorate.
Journalling
The journalling I created using Publisher and a word box to fit in the area I wanted to fill. I used ‘Bullet Journalling’, where I used points such as when, where and who.

Our theme this month for the Let’s Craft Together Blog Hop is a ‘Mystery Challenge’ by Tracy and I am using the Play in the Rain Stamps and coordinating Play in the Rain Dies by Stampin’ Up!®.
How to make this card…
Piece 2, I incorrectly cut slightly wider at 2cm instead of 1.5cm.
Pieces 1, 2 & 3 were embossed using the Fun Patterns embossing Folder. Laying all pieces next to each other and then emboss so the pattern runs across at the same level. You could also just cut one piece at 6.5 x 14.9cm and cut into strips after embossing.
Piece 5 is also embossed with Fun Patterns Embossing Folder and then matted with piece 4.
Sentiment – is from the Country Birdhouse Stamps.
Flowers and Leaves I had left over from another project and the colours worked in well. These were cut from the Country Birdhouse Dies.
Rabbit was coloured with Watercolour pencils and blended with the Colour Lifter from the Stampin’ Up! Blends.
Colours used are Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Flirty Flamingo, Blue, Balmy Blue, Crused Curry, Early Espresso, Fresh Freesia & Melon Mambo.

I have just received Frosted Forest Bundle in my Stampin’ Up! ® delivery, so I thought today would be a good time to pull it out and use it. This bundle includes Frosted Forest Stamp Set, Frosted Forest Dies and Frosted Forest Decorative Masks.
The Frosted Forest Bundle is part of the Online Exclusives and wont be found in the Catalogue.
Have you ever read the information that comes with the masks…I hadn’t until today. It has all these different ideas on how you could colour your Masks..
Spritz using ink, chalk or glimmer sprays
Sponge using ink or paint – Trace using markers
Emboss with VersaMark ink and embossing powders
Add Texture using embossing paste
Anyway that got me thinking…How about we create a card using one of these methods. So with a ‘Spritzer tool’ I decided to create this fun card.

I’m calling this technique ‘Ghost Colouring’ as the White Craft Ink on a dark cardstock has a ghost look or a sheerness effect when applied with a Blending Brush onto a dark surface such as the Basic Black. This would also look great on Night Of Navy and Blackberry Bliss.
You can add colour on top of the White Craft Ink but it will change the shade of your colour a lot (as shown in Video, linked below)

Here I have created Cards & Gift Box/Filo using the Stampin’ Up!® Layers of Beauty Bundle over 2 videos, I hope you enjoy!
Layers of Beauty bundle by Stampin’ Up!® is at the moment my all time favorite product.
Why?
It’s a traditional floral image, easy to colour with the use of the masks that come with the bundle and can also be die cut with the coordinating dies. You can change up the look to be either modern, shabby chic or just traditional or old world. It’s all up to you and how you use colour.
Layers of Beauty Cards Part 1
I created these cards the same as you might do a ‘One Page Wonder’- where you create your own Designer Series Paper and cut it up to create card fronts.
Starting with a sheet of Basic Beige A4 cardstock I ruled in faint lines through the center of both the length and width of the cardstock. This was to give an idea of where I needed to stamp the images, so that I would be left with part images either side. I didn’t stamp exactly the same both sides as I wanted some of my cards to have a different look or orientation.
The YouTube video is below showing how I created the cards.
Cutting Measurements per card (except for Card Front use full sheet of card stock)
YouTube video below shows how I completed my cards and created the box.
Working out the Box/Filo Measurements
To create your box you need some basic measurements to create your formula. I am using metric measurements for Australian C6 envelopes. Your measurements may differ depending on how many cards you want in your box and the envelope size.
Because of the size I needed to created the box I have used 12 x12″ scrapbook Cardstock
Finished Box Size – Worked on Envelope C6 (11.3 x 16cm) plus extra for width and length = 12 x 17cm
Spine– Depth of Cards and envelopes =2cm
Unlike a box with a lid this is more of a Filo with a side opening. The right side has a full spin with between front and back. The left side has 2 spines attached to either side of opening at half width of full spine.
Flap Depth inside box = 6cm
Formula
Width= front width + Spine + Back Width (12 + 2 +12 = 26cm)

Tips
Pocket Thoughts Die – middle size
The Happy Birthday sentiment was stamped once in full strength ink and then stamped of in second Generation stamping.
The stamps in the set are two step stamps – one stamp, stamps the image and the 2nd stamp colours the image. Here the icing on the cup cake stamp was stamped off to get a lighter shade or 2nd Generation stamping.
The cup cake base I coloured using Summer Splash Stampin’ Blends – Light and dark.
I used a 10-12cm (4-4 1/2″) length of ribbon in Petunia Pop and Summer Splash. Gently unravel the ribbon so your left with the weft threads. Place the two colours together and tie together. Trim the ends to neaten off.
I doubled the Dimensionals for height behind the cup cake to cover the knot of the ribbon.
The photo’s below i have added an extra Gold Foil leaf. The die leaf is from the Thoughtful Wishes Dies.
